Personal Training - Programs are designed based on individual
needs. Workouts and schedules will be determined after the first initial meeting. Once the idividuals goals are known, suggestions
will be made accordingly.
Sports/Activity Specific - During competition
athletes struggle because they become ridgid, due to short breaths, causing a lack of oxygen and muscle fatigue, leading to
a cloudy mind/uncertain movement. Training will consist of combination movements, using methods/techniques of the east and
west. Movements provide a stress free workout, giving great opportunity for the body to gain full strength and
function, for explosive power, balance and control.
